Simple Is Sometimes BetterIn this project students learn the "Construction Technique", where complex objects or images are simplified, using geometric shapes to draw rather than details and contours. These 7th graders were given the ability to choose their theme but were asked to focus on the Principles of Design Movement and Proportion. Students previously learned advanced colored pencil techniques and were asked to implement them in this project. Here are some of the exciting examples that these young artists came up with!
